2. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the VV Luxury Hair website and to custom orders confirmed directly with our team.
By placing an order, customers agree to the terms made available before entering into the purchase agreement.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights under applicable Dutch or European law.
3. Our Products
VV Luxury Hair offers premium human hair extensions, including Butterfly Wefts, Nano Rings, Keratin Tips, Classic Wefts, I-Tips and Bulk Hair.
We also offer selected professional haircare products.
Due to the natural characteristics of human hair, minor variations in colour, texture and appearance may occur. Such variations do not affect the customer’s statutory rights where a product fails to conform to the agreed specifications.
Product descriptions, specifications and prices are displayed on our website or communicated during a personal consultation.
4. Orders & Order Confirmation
Customers can purchase eligible products directly through our online store.
After placing an order, customers receive an electronic acknowledgement.
An order becomes binding in accordance with the information presented during checkout and applicable consumer law.
For personalised orders and Bulk Hair, customers must contact VV Luxury Hair before placing an order.
We will confirm the agreed specifications, total price, payment terms and estimated delivery timeframe before the customer accepts the order.
5. Prices & Payments
Product prices are displayed in euros (€).
The applicable VAT treatment, delivery charges and any additional mandatory costs will be clearly communicated before the customer places a binding order.
Standard webshop orders must be paid using the payment methods available at checkout.
For personalised hair extensions and Bulk Hair, the following payment arrangement applies:
- 50% deposit upon confirmation of the order.
- 50% remaining balance when the order is ready, before dispatch.
Production begins after the agreed specifications have been confirmed and the deposit has been received.
A deposit is not automatically non-refundable. Any cancellation, withdrawal or refund will be handled in accordance with the agreement and applicable consumer law.
6. In-Stock Products
Selected VV Luxury Hair products are available directly from stock.
Products confirmed as in stock will be delivered within 3 business days to supported destinations for which this delivery promise is offered.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Each order is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch.
7. Made-to-Order Products
Some products that are not available from stock are individually prepared or handcrafted after ordering.
Production and preparation may take up to 4 weeks before dispatch.
Any additional shipping time and the expected delivery timeframe will be communicated before the customer places a binding order.
Products prepared after ordering are not automatically classified as legally personalised products.
If an unexpected delay occurs, VV Luxury Hair will inform the customer and provide an updated delivery estimate.
Customers retain all applicable statutory rights relating to delayed delivery.
8. Personalised Hair Extensions
Personalised hair extensions are available exclusively through direct consultation.
Before confirming a custom order, we discuss the customer’s requirements, including hair type, length, colour, texture, quantity and other relevant specifications.
A custom order requires a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% payable before dispatch.
Where an item is genuinely made to the customer’s individual specifications and qualifies for the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal, this will be clearly explained before the customer enters into the agreement.
The statutory right of withdrawal is not automatically excluded merely because an item is produced after an order is placed.
9. Exclusive Bulk Hair
Our premium Bulk Hair collection is exclusively available upon request and is never held in stock.
Minimum order quantity: 500 grams.
Each Bulk Hair order is individually discussed, sourced and prepared according to the agreed specifications.
The following conditions apply:
- A minimum order quantity of 500 grams.
- Personal consultation before ordering.
- A 50% deposit upon order confirmation.
- The remaining 50% payable before dispatch.
- Production and delivery estimates confirmed individually.
Customers retain their applicable statutory rights, including rights concerning non-conforming products and any withdrawal rights that have not been lawfully excluded.
10. Shipping & Delivery
VV Luxury Hair carefully prepares and dispatches orders using suitable shipping services.
Shipping costs and available delivery options will be communicated before checkout or, for custom orders, before the order is confirmed.

11. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving their goods.
Customers can exercise this right by submitting a clear withdrawal statement, including through our Return Request Form.
Certain genuinely sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded from withdrawal after the hygiene seal has been broken, where the statutory conditions are satisfied.
Opening ordinary packaging does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal.
Where withdrawal rights apply, customers may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Products genuinely made to individual customer specifications may qualify for a separate statutory exception.

12. Refunds
Valid refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Where a consumer validly exercises the statutory right of withdrawal, reimbursement will be made within the legally required timeframe, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
VV Luxury Hair may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.
Applicable original standard delivery costs will also be reimbursed when required by law.
13. Product Quality & Statutory Guarantee
We are committed to supplying products that conform to their description, agreed specifications and reasonable quality expectations.
Customers are entitled to the protections provided by statutory consumer law.

Where appropriate under applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or reimbursement.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits statutory consumer guarantees.
14. Haircare & Product Maintenance
Proper maintenance is important for preserving the appearance and condition of human hair extensions.
Customers should follow the applicable care instructions and use suitable products and techniques.
Damage resulting from improper handling or maintenance may be considered when assessing a complaint, but does not automatically remove statutory consumer rights.
15. Professional Hair Extension Installation
VV Luxury Hair may offer professional hair extension installation by appointment in Zoetermeer, The Netherlands.
Appointments are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.
Installation services are not automatically included in the purchase price of hair extensions.
Before confirming an appointment, customers will be informed of the applicable service price, location, timing and any relevant booking or cancellation conditions.
Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee availability.
Where an installation appointment is booked remotely by a consumer, any applicable statutory withdrawal rights for services will be respected.
